Why build a swimming pool in Tampa that looks like a bunch of other swimming pools?
Hmm... good question!
Most homes in the Tampa Bay area have a backyard swimming pool. You would think with so many pools, there would be quite a bit of variety in those swimming pools. However, the reality is many of them look quite similar. This is because most Tampa swimming pool builders use design templates. Swimming pool design templates make the pool builder's job easier, but they limit design variations and options.
You deserve a custom swimming pool that matches your unique tastes and lifestyle!
This is our philosophy at Grand Vista Pools. We follow a personalized process to get to know you and develop a design for your custom swimming pool that matches your unique personality and lifestyle. Here's an inside look at our process:
1) Discovery Meeting
First, we meet at your home to get to know you, talk about your ideas and get a clear understanding of what you envision for your pool and your entire outdoor living space. At this meeting, we also look at your property survey to examine the boundaries of your property. This helps us understand the size and layout options for your pool. We call this the discovery process. During the discovery process, we ask a lot of questions that helps us create a swimming pool design that captures what you envision and fits your home’s architecture. We ask questions like:
- How do you see yourself using your swimming pool and outdoor living space?
- How large would you like your swimming pool to be?
- Do you want to have a heated spa?
- What kind of pool deck would you like?
- Do you have any lighting, water, or fire features in mind?
2) Presentation Meeting
A few days after the discovery meeting, we schedule a presentation meeting to show you a layout and color design of your new custom swimming pool along with a proposal. The design and proposal detail the options we discussed during the discovery process. The design we present is yours to keep. It is also a working document, which means when you approve the design, we turn it into a pool construction layout, which is then used to acquire the necessary permits for construction. It is also used by the tradesmen for construction purposes. If the design needs some modification before approval, we will make the changes and email them to keep things moving forward quickly.
3) Color and Finish Selections
In our third meeting, you select the color scheme for your pool finish, tile, deck and screen enclosure. This meeting takes place in our showroom where we have samples of all these materials. We will fill out a color information sheet which we use to order the materials for your new custom swimming pool.
Through this detailed process, we ensure the custom pool we design and build for you is the perfect match for your personality and lifestyle.
