The calendar may say it's fall now, but here in the Tampa Bay area that doesn't mean much. We're still feeling the same summer-like temperatures we've had for the last 5 months. So, Tampa Bay pools are still in full use.
There are good ways and bad ways to beat the heat. While it looks like it was fun for few minutes, let's just say the guys in pic above didn't choose one of the good ways.
