The permit approval process remains the same, typically taking around 30 days. However, while waiting for permits, other essential steps are being completed, such as finalizing design plans, getting HOA approvals, and ordering materials.
From the time you sign the contract, you can expect construction to begin in approximately 60 days. After that, your pool will be completed within 6 to 8 weeks—meaning if you start today, you’ll be enjoying your backyard paradise by Memorial Day!
