1. Grade (or level) the ground.
2. Outline the location of the swimming pool.
3. Dig the hole for the pool.
4. Install the steel rebar.
5. Facilitate the required inspection.
6. Pour the concrete
7. Install the underground electrical and plumbing.
8. Lay the tile and coping.
9. Install the deck pavers, screen enclosures and pool equipment.
10. Install a child safety fence (if requested).
11. Fill the pool with water.
12. Facilitate the final inspection.
