Trinity, Florida is a community in Pasco County, Florida located about 30 miles northwest of Tampa. Being in the Sunshine State, we love being outdoors at the nearby beaches and being in our backyards swimming in Trinity pools. The area is named after Trinity College of Florida, which is a Bible college founded in 1932 that continues to operate on a campus in the community.

The Trinity area was comprised primarily of cypress swamps and cattle farms 30 years ago, but it has grown dramatically over the last three decades because of its proximity to Tampa, St. Petersburg and beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Many of its residents commute to jobs in St. Petersburg or Tampa. For these reasons, today the Trinity community consists mostly of relatively new, moderate to higher priced single family homes and luxury apartment complexes.
