Pebble Tec is a quality company that produces an extremely durable product. They require every company that installs Pebble Tec be an authorized installer. Becoming an authorized installer not easy. A pool resurfacing company's entire team has to be trained by Pebble Tec. Pebble Tec does spot checks throughout the year. They even send one of their staff to work with the pool resurfacing company’s teams to ensure every installer installs their pool surface product correctly and consistently.
In addition training its authorized installers, Pebble Tec stands behind their warranty themselves. If anything were to happen to Grand Vista Pools, Pebble Tec would step in and take care of the warranty issue.
Zero Pool Resurfacing Warranty Claims
If there ever were to be an issue with a pool resurfacing project, you, the customer could just call us, We would contact Pebble Tec, and a Pebble Tec representative would come out to look at the pool. It's worth noting, however, in our entire history we have never had a legitimate warranty claim with any of the 100’s of Pebble Tec projects we’ve done. Any time we’ve gotten a call from someone saying they had a problem, it was because a screw fell out of their screen and it rusted or something else got into the pool that wasn't supposed to be there and damaged the surface. We have never had a problem with the Pebble Tec surface itself.
